• 1 year: IDR 10,000,000 + USD 150 for visa fee – Regular 14 business days processing time.
  IDR 12,000,000 + USD 150 for visa fee – Priority 7 business days processing time.
• 2 years: IDR 15,000,000 + USD 150 for visa fee – Regular 14 business days processing time.
  IDR 17,000,000 + USD 150 for visa fee – Priority 7 business days processing time.

Applying from Within Indonesia

• 6 months: IDR 12,000,000 – Regular 14 business days processing time.
  IDR 14,000,000 – Priority 7 business days processing time.
• 1 year: IDR 13,000,000 – Regular 14 business days processing time.
  IDR 15,000,000 – Priority 7 business days processing time.
• 2 years: IDR 16,000,000 – Regular 14 business days processing time.
  IDR 17,000,000 – Priority 7 business days processing time.

Stay Duration

This visa is available for 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.

With this visa, you CAN

• Participate in educational activities in Indonesia.
• Bring eligible family members.
• Enter and leave Indonesia as long as the re-entry permit is valid.
• Engage in tourism and visit friends or family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT

• Stay in Indonesia after the visa expires.
• Sell goods or services.
• Receive compensation, wages, or similar payments from Indonesian companies or entities.

Visa Validity

This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Document Requirements

• A valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD 2,000 or equivalent.
• Recent color photograph.
• A guarantee letter from a guarantor, either an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where the applicant will study.
• A letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Indonesia specifying the duration of enrollment.
