Family KITAP

The Family KITAP is designed for foreigners married to Indonesian citizens, children of mixed-nationality marriages, or dependents (spouses and children) of existing KITAP holders. It is valid for five years and can be extended for a lifetime. For international travel, a Multiple Re-entry Permit (MERP) is required, valid for two years.

Price

• IDR 35,000,000 – Regular processing (60 business days).

Length of Stay

• Up to 5 years.

With this visa, you CAN:

• Live in Indonesia for five years, with the possibility of extension.
• Work in Indonesia (requires a specific work permit).
• Engage in social, cultural, educational, and familial activities.

With this visa, you CAN NOT:

• Work eligibility may require additional permits.
• Be the primary applicant for work without a work permit.

Document Requirements

• Bali Visas application form.
• Original passport valid for a minimum of 36 months.
• KITAS with at least 3 months validity at the time of submission.
• Bank statement showing a minimum balance of USD $1,500.
• Indonesian spouse’s ID card (KTP).
• Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) of the Indonesian spouse.
• Birth Certificate (Akta Lahir) of the Indonesian spouse.
• Marriage Certificate (reported to Indonesian civil registration).
• KITAS proving the applicant has been married for at least 2 years.
• SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).

• Domicile letter of Indonesian home address: IDR 250,000.
• Address change (same region): IDR 500,000.
• Address change (different region): IDR 1,000,000.
• SKTT: IDR 1,000,000.
• KITAP cancellation (EPO or ERP): IDR 1,000,000.
• MERP extension (1 year): IDR 2,000,000.
• MERP extension (2 years): IDR 3,300,000.
