A Birth Report (Lapor Lahir) is an official document issued by the Indonesian immigration authorities to officially record a child’s birth in Indonesia. • IDR 1,000,000 – Priority processing (7 business days).

The regular processing time is 14 business days, while priority processing speeds up the procedure to 7 business days for those in need of urgent assistance.

Document Requirements

To complete the Birth Report process, the following documents are required:

• Bali Visas application form: A completed form with details of the child’s birth.
• Parents’ passports: Copies of both parents’ passports to verify the child’s parentage.
• Child’s passport: A valid passport of the child, if already issued.
• Marriage Certificate: A copy of the parents’ marriage certificate, showing the legal relationship between the parents.
• Birth Certificate: The official birth certificate issued by the hospital or other medical authority.
• Hospital Birth Declaration: A statement from the hospital confirming the child’s birth, including the date and place of birth.

These documents are required to validate the child’s birth and ensure the issuance of the Birth Report.
