Working KITAP

The Working KITAP is designed for foreigners who have served as a Board of Directors (BOD) or Commissioner (BOC) for an Indonesian company under a Working KITAS for at least three years. This visa must be applied for within Indonesia. It is valid for five years and can be extended for a lifetime. For international travel, a Multiple Re-entry Permit (MERP), valid for two years, is required to leave and re-enter Indonesia.

Price

• IDR 45,000,000 + USD 1,200 for a 12-month work permit – Regular processing (60 business days).

Length of Stay

• Up to 5 years, with the possibility of lifetime extension.

With this visa, you CAN:

• Reside in Indonesia for five years.
• Work in Indonesia (requires a specific work permit).
• Engage in social, cultural, educational, and familial activities.
• Travel in and out of Indonesia freely.

With this visa, you CAN NOT:

• Stay in Indonesia after the visa expires.
• Perform work or jobs outside the scope of the job associated with your KITAP.

Document Requirements

From Applicant:

• Completed My Visa Solution application form.
• Original passport valid for at least 36 months.
• KITAS with a minimum of 3 months validity upon submission to immigration.
• Recent passport-style color photo (digital format).
• Copy of University Degree Certificate or relevant qualifications/experience.
• Details of place of work in Indonesia (region).
• Job title/position.
• Limited Stay Permit card (KITAS) proving three years of residency in Indonesia.
• SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).

From the Company (PMA):

• Company deed of establishment and any amendments.
• Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR).
• Company NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number).
• OSS documents (NIB, Location Permit, Business Permit).
• Copy of shareholders’ passports or Indonesian ID cards (KTP).
• Company letterhead and stamp.
• Login credentials for TKA Online & Visa Online (if registered).
